    How do I get all my stuff back from a pc that factory reset itself?


    My PC kept saying there was a problem signing into user profile, and I read somewhere restarting will fix that so I restarted it and I was able to sign in but it factory reset itself and my hard drive was wiped clean. I am trying to reinstall updates to see if I can get my stuff back that way but if not I'm lost on what else I can do.
