Windows 10: How do i get and install the AUDIO DEVICE for Windows 10 home edition.All Microsoft Fix...

How do I get and install the AUDIO DEVICE and probably DRIVERS for WINDOWS 10 Home edition...ALL Microsoft help etc on computer only return " NO AUDIO DEVICE INSTALLED "

All Microsoft updates are up to date this morning Friday 24 January 2020. Including it updated to the latest OS build.

Have spent 2 days trying things from the internet but end result always says NO AUDIO DEVICE INSTALLED.

Also this was/is a brand new installation only installed 7 January,,2020.

Is it maybe possible some files were corrupt on the download.

Had not tried to play music until 3 days ago and found this problem.

As I am PUSHING THE BIG 80 I find all this frustrating as EVERYONE tells me "Grand dad you gotta update to Win.10 My windows 7 ran like clock work.

Any help will be grate fully received.

Creative X-Fi Soundcards and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 = Complete Disaster / Not Working

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

it would've been great if microsoft added HEVC decoders, LAV filters along with other codecs with Windows 10, and developing WMP to be better than VLC, KMPlayer and such sorts of media players.

Nevertheless, this is good step for microsoft, by far.
