Windows 10: How do I get attachments in Outlook to automatically open in their programs instead of Outlook?

I really don't like having attachments open in Outlook. How do I get them to open in the correct app without having to right click and select the program or clicking open when the attachment is open in Outlook? This feels like an unnecessary step to keep me within Outlook and less productive.

You can use the automatic tool for taking Outlook 2010 backup. Microsoft provides the automatic built in add-in to backup Outlook data. It is called as Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool. To add it in Outlook 2010 check the information provided here -

outlook opens word?

If you use a version of Outlook prior to v. 2007, there's a checkbox in one of the preferences tabs which controls this. You can choose Word or Outlook Editor.

V. 2007 no longer includes Outlook Editor, though. It has it's own 'light' verson of Word 2007 built in.

Outlook script

So my boss wants this:

When a specific email is received in Outlook, it shall automatically create a new specified folder and move itself there.

I know you can program custom script in VB for Outlook, and I've seen some sample codes but I have no clue about programming and scripting.

Does anyone apply such a script, or is a master of VB and can create it for me?
Also, since I'm also not that savy in outlook, how would I implement this script? (Basically where do I save it and in what format in order to import it via the Rules Menue).

Help would be apprechiated; if nobody can/will help me its not a live or die situatuion.
