Windows 10: How do I get audio to work again.

Please I need help it’s driving me insane. Last night I went to bed after playing a YouTube movie. I have speakers I bought from Amazon very cheap. USB plug in speaker that were plugged into my mother board. Finally went to bed I put my pc on sleep and shut my monitors off. Get home from work the next day my speakers will not play audio. I have some every simple thing you would do first to try and fix the problem trust me. I made sure it was the correct output, allowed the device, had it set on Realtek audio. Everything you would first tell me to do I’ve done. I then went as far as to uninstal

AUDIO SERVICE NOT WORKING.

Hi,

In that case, I suggest you follow below.

Step 1:

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results.

Step 2:

Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

Step 3:

Look for IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. If it's listed, right-click it and select Update Driver, then select Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Step 4:

You’ll see a list of pre-installed drivers. Select High Definition Audio Device, and then select Next.

Step 5:

Restart PC

Can not record audio.

• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
