Windows 10: How do I get Copilot new themes off my computer?

I am trying to read and do emails but Microsoft has put a notification for Copilot new themes smack in the middle of my emails page and I can'r find the X to get rid of it.Will sdomeone PLEASE tell me how to shut off Copilot adds and Copilot because I don't want it and have not asked for it.When I renewed my microsoft office I did not check anything to say I wanted Copilot so MIcrosoft, PLEASE REMOVE IT SO I CAN CONTINUE WITH MY EMAILS WITHOUT THIS ADD FOR COPILOT NEW THEMES OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH COPILOT STUCK OVER MY EMAIL PAGE.DO I NEED TO CANCEL MICRODOFT OFFICE TO RID MY COMPUTER OF COPIL

None of the methods to disable Copilot work, can't even hide it

Win-10 themes keep changing

Thank you for providing the information.

• Did you try the steps suggested by Suvarna Govinda above, what was the result?

As I understand the issue, Themes in Windows doesn't have the options to change on its own. Only the Wallpapers in the themes can change as selected ( Picture, Solid color and Slide Show ).

I would suggest you to make us understand that if the Wallpapers are changing in Theme which you have selected.

Below are the steps you can check if it helps.

• Press Windows + I keys and select Personalization.
• Select Theme and select the Default theme.
• Select the Desktop Background below and select the Picture
  and save it and check.
