Windows 10: How do I get File Explorer to stop automatically trimming number of spaces between...

In my File Explorer it seems to have the default setting that it limits spaces between characters to one in filenames.For instance, the filename might actually be:URGENT - READ THIS.txtbut in File Explorer it will come up as this:URGENT - READ THIS.txtHow can I get it to display the actual filename as it actually is?
