    How do I get in reach with management or someone that will actually help me?


    At the beginning I ordered 2 razer blade laptops, one for me and my sister and microsoft gave me the option to return it. And I've been contacting support through call after call and was told that upper management would be able to get me my refund. They've had it for a month now and I provided all tracking numbers, escalated twice and keep getting told to wait 2-3 days over and over and it seems like they want me to forget what exactly occurred.I'm not sure what's going on, but this loop at microsoft is completely absurd. I've been ran around over and over non stop without any genuine update.
