    How do I get into my old laptop when it wont recognize my password, even after resetting it.


    I need to get into my old laptop to gain access to documents. My computer will not let me sign into the system. I have reset my password multiple times without success. I can not do a total reset as I need documents on this computer. What can I do to gain access?
