Windows 10: How do I get Microsoft store to open on my brand new computer?

I can't get the Microsoft store to open.Including these other pre-installed apps too.Snipping toolMicrosoft PhotosXboxOutlookMicrosoft Clip ChampCamo StudiosWindow CalculatorSome of these apps including the Microsoft store show on the start menu but when I click them nothing happens.I reset my compute multiple times, and it hasn't fixed the issue.

Please answer the following questions for the better clarity of the issue:

• 
  Which Windows 10 build is installed on your system? To check Windows version, press
  Windows key + R, type winver and press
  Enter.
  
• 
  Please provide us with the screenshot of the error message.
  

Please try the below methods and check if you can access the Windows Store.

1. Did you log-in using Microsoft user account? If not, I suggest you to log-in using
Microsoft user account and check if you can access the Windows Store.

2. If this doesn’t help, you may check for any pending updates in your system and check if the issue is resolved. To check for updates now, go to
Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select
Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

4. If the issue still persist, I suggest you to create a new user account and check. This is to check if the user profile is corrupted or not. Refer the below link to create a new user account.

Microsoft Store won't open. OneNote reverted back to old icon and I want the new one, not the old ugly OneNote.

It is very unusual that Microsoft Store doesn’t open when clicked on the icon. We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned below and see if that helps:



Method 1: Reset Store



You can try resetting Store and see if that works. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + R, to open Run dialog box.
   
2. Type wsreset and click on OK. A command prompt window will open and reset Store, after this Store will be relaunched automatically.
   

Method 2: Re-register Store



If resetting Store doesn’t help, we can try re-registering Store and check. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on
   Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Now paste the following command and hit Enter:
   Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
3. Restart the PC.
   

Method 3: New User account



If resetting and re-registering Store doesn’t work, we would suggest you to try creating a new user account and see if the issue persist. Kindly,

Microsoft Store wont open

i did these steps. and Windows Store Service isn't showing up on the list at all
