Windows 10: How do I get my account back? Microsoft please provide a good answer if possible.

I was going to download spotify and netflix on my pc when I realised that my email was different, so I tried to change the password. That was my biggest mistake and now I cannot log back in. I am hoping Microsoft Support would be able to help me. My email said **********@rambler.ru I have done recent research on this and it says it comes from a malware from Russia. I have provided info on the recovery website, and waiting for my reseults. I'm not sure I gave enough info for it so I'm wondering what else I could do about this "malware". Microsoft, this is for you, if you could, I would like to

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Switch Back to Existing Local Account from Microsoft Account

I suggest that you follow the steps below and check if you can log into your computer using the Local Account.

• • On the Search Bar type “User Account”.
  • On the right menu pane locate and click “Make changes to my account in this PC”.
  • Then locate and click on “Sign in With a Local Account instead”.
  • And follow on screen instructions.
