Windows 10: How do I get my bitlocker key? I don’t receive verification code texts.

Whenever I try to login to “aka.ms/myrecoverykey” to retrieve it, it asks for two-factor authentication but I unfortunately cannot verify it because I don’t receive verification texts this is an AT&T issue. Is there a way I can call Microsoft support instead I am still able to call with the connected phone number, or email them about this issue?

why i don´t get the verification code to my cellphone?

Recently, one of my devices got activated bitlocke security do to a Windows update. That lead me to search for my bitloke unlock key, I know where I should get it, but when I make two-step verification, I get stoked in to the SMS code that Microsoft spouses to send me to my phone and I don't receive it. My number is the same and I know I am doing everything good so far, but the text would not arrive

With this BitLocker issue and Mobile device delay, once you request a Verification Code, please be patient as texts are not always received immediately.

If you are still having further issue with the BitLocker recovery, you can always Factory Reset your computer and Re-enable BitLocker with a new pin.
