    How do I get my files back from OneDrive and stop it from deleting my files?


    I have a new laptop at Windows 11. My previous laptop was stuck at Windows 10 and did not have the problem I'm about to describe.I bought a 4 TB disk drive for my new laptop. Imagine my surprise when OneDrive copied the files that I restored from my old laptop to the Documents and then deleted them! I tried turning off this function by turning off backup on all my folders. I really can't tell if it worked, because OneDrive continued to back things up until it ran out of disk space and is now demanding that I pay up. My laptop currently reports 7,954 synch issues with OneDrive. I had to t

    @travva : Doesn't your script delete all files in a directory that are over 1MB in size?

    Shouldnt that line be .... for %%j in (*) do if %%~zj lss 10000 del %%j ... to delete files smaller than 10k ?
