Windows 10: How do I get my in-game items to my preferred account?

So I had played Sea of Thieves on Xbox Game Pass as a trial. I used this Microsoft account to link to Xbox. After the trial ended, I wanted to buy the game on Steam. I had purchased the Premium Bundle, which consisted of cosmetics, gold, and an in-game pass. Once I opened the game, it defaulted to link my Steam account to a different Microsoft account I still had up. I did not enter the game yet, and I had changed link accounts. I then proceeded to login with this account, which had progress from when I played it on Xbox. Once I got in game, I realized I had none of the items from the Premium
