Windows 10: How do I get my laptop to recognise the internal audio device it stopped recognising it...

After an automatic windows update, my computer HP Spectre x360 13t-aw000 stopped recognising the internal audio device. If I hover over the speaker symbol, it now says "No audio device installed". Also, when I go into the Volume Mixer or Sound Settings, it says "No Output Devices found". In the Device Manager, there is now an exclamation next to "Intel High Definition Audio".I have tried updating the driver, but the computer says that no driver found. Also, the HP and Intel tools indicate that all of my drivers and the BIOS are the most up to date.I have tried the Windows Troubleshooter, wh

Bluetooth device connected but not recognised as audio device W10

I recently purchased some bluetooth headphones (GLITOBT18). I managed to connect them to my laptop running windows 10.




However, i cant find the device in the playback settings and i therefore cant play audio through the headphones.





I think this may have something to do with the fact that windows is recognising it as a bluetooth headset rather than a speaker? Any help would be massively appreciated!

My Laptop does not recognise the headset microphone

Like most people im running windows 10 and i was wondering 2 days ago why my laptop stopped recognising my headset as having a microphone but it still plays audio through it, the headset works fine on other devices and has done on this device for a long
time, is there any way i can switch my internal recorder to my external microphone?
