Windows 10: how do i get my laptop to work again due to colorwatcher.exe - application error?

when i opened chrome there is a pop up window that say "colorwatcher.exe - application error" so i closed it, but my screen glitched and then back to normal. after that, it's keep appear so i clicked "ok" then lagged and then my laptop screen truned off suddenly but the engine is still on. is colorwatcher.exe a virus? how do i solve this problem? can you help me what i have to do to make my laptop work again? i need my laptop to be repaired because i have an exam today. thank you.
