Windows 10: How do I get my lost whiteboards back?

Recently I opened up my microsoft whiteboard app to find all of my whiteboards missing. I'm using the same account and I didn't do anything that would have caused them to be deleted. How can I get these back. I have 2 weeks worth of notes lost because they were randomly deleted. I already tried everything that every other thread suggested, and nothing has worked. I just noticed that this also happened right after the app updated.

Lost all of my Whiteboards

I am using a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 and the Microsoft Whiteboards Application

The past few days Microsoft Whiteboard was not able to sync the changes to my whiteboards. This morning I tried to delete one of the whiteboards, the app crashed, and when I reopened it all of my whiteboards had disappeared.

How can I get help to recover my lost data?

The application would always sync to my Microsoft account, so I feel like my data would exist somewhere?

Online support told me this forum was my only avenue for getting support to recover lost data.

 

Lost all my Whiteboards after update

Recently opened up Whiteboard today after about a week and notice none of my Whiteboards are there I tried poking at it and it seems to be the new updated Whiteboard. A little bit freaked lost a lot of work data.

I go through the post carefully, as for the issue, here are some suggestions:

1. If you have any antivirus software, please quit them temporarily and check the result.
   
2. Try sign out your account from the app, restart devices, sign in back and check the result.
   
3. To check if the issue related to your network, try connecting to another network and check the result.
   
4. If you are using Word and school account that is managed by your organization, please make sure you have authentication app required by your organization installed on your devices.
   
5. Try use whiteboard for the web and check the result: Microsoft Whiteboard

1. Can you use whiteboard for the web normally?
   
2. Which kind of accounts you are using for signing whiteboard? Account crated by yourself or account assigned by your organization?
