Windows 10: How do I get my original Windows 10 back?

So I bought my computer about 5 months ago, and it was very good. But today it didn't Boot up at all like it use to and it had a error which said "No Option to boot" Now I downloaded Windows from a USB, and it's not very good like it was just Yesterday. Any ideas on how I can get my old Windows 10 back?Also if you guys can, I would really appreciate if you guys could list a couple or reasons on why my entire Operating system got wiped, Thanks!

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
