Windows 10: How do I get my Windows 10 Pro upgrade on a fresh install

Bought a Lenovo laptop in 2019 with Windows 10 Home preinstalledUpgraded to Windows 10 Pro in 2020 The purchase still shows in my purchase historyNow, in 2025, my SSD started acting up so installed a new SSD and reninstall a fresh Windows 10 and logged in using the same account as before that was used to activate the win 10 pro.After install, it shows Windows 10 Home How do I get my Win 10 Pro back ? Unfortunately I don't see any activation key in my order history or email.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.
