Windows 10: How do I get my xfinity email after power outage?

Had a power outage and my desktop was on. When I turned it back on all I get is Microsoft page and can't get my email through comcast. Nothing comes up on Microsoft page. What do I do to get my info back?

There is a possibility that the drive index has been corrupted. We highly suggest that you check your hard drive and scan for errors by following these steps:

• Open This PC on File Explorer and locate your hard drive.
• Right-click and choose Properties.
• Under Tools tab, click on Check Now button.

After scanning the hard drive, hidden files and folders, as well as lost data can be restored.

Adobe flash will not play Xfinity stream on Win10pro

Steps to unblock Adobe Flash Player:

1. Login to Xfinity streaming on your browser.
   
2. If there is a lock sign on the left or right end of the URL/address bar, click on it.
   
3. Scroll down to find Adobe Flash Player and click on Unblock.
   
4. You should be able to stream once the Flash Player is Unblocked.
