Windows 10: How do i get obm

I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT OBM IS IM JUST TRYING TO SET IT UP WITH HMDI CORDS AND MY SWITCH AND A USB C WHAT IS GOING ON IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT OBM IS FOR 2 HOURS STRAIGHT!!!!!!!Please help me im stressed out very much right now

What is the service name of obm agent in azure windows server. And how to get the service details.

How to fetch the obm service. Is obm service same s Microsoft monitoring agent or windows management instrumention
