Windows 10: How do I get past automatic recovery screen?

I have a Dell XPS. This morning, it was displaying a Bitlocker screen and it wouldn’t accept my recovery code. I found a way to unlock it thanks to a page on the Dell website. However, I now can’t get past an Automatic Recovery screen. I run it and it fails only to return to the same automatic repair screen. Help…

Automatic Recovery Problem

When my computer goes into the automatic recovery, which is what I am trying to do. My problem is the first screen that comes up ask you to pick a keyboard layout. I can't do that because neither the keyboard or the mouse work.
Have tried different mouse and keyboard and cant get past that first screen asking to select keyboard layout. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
