Windows 10: How do I get past sign in on start up?

I recently changed my computer from a local account to a Microsoft account to try and reactivate my windows key after changing my motherboard. I have been running it for a couple months with the activate windows logo Doing this didn’t fix the problem so I just bought a new key and activated it. After turning my computer off I came back to it later and now am unable to sign into windows on start up. When I click sign in I am given a window that pops up and tells me I need to instal an app to do this and asks if I would like to browse the App Store. If I click yes nothing happens and it takes

Best thermal paste

Most decent thermal paste is about all the same (1-2 degree difference). Without knowing the two listed, (I use MX-2), I would suggest going with the one that is non-conductive.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.

Windows 10 Start menu is empty

Hi. Steps 1 and 2 didn't do much but step 3 has restored what looks like the list of original Microsoft apps but no sign of any of the many apps I have installed. And there are no tiles in the start menu. Any suggestions please?
