Windows 10: How do I get past this "bad_module_info" when I open up a .dll or .vst3

I bought some virtual studio technologies VST's the other day and when I try to open them up in my program of choice FL Studio. FL either crashes or I get a message saying bad_module_info. It only happens with this specific plug-in. How can I open my plugin without getting this error message or crashing my FL Studio program?

So i just installed antivirus kaspersky and when i try to launch it i get the error: "app 'bad_module_info' stopped working"

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

I also have 3 copes of dayz and this happens to all 3 copies. and PUBG. Only two games I've tried it on. I also have a friend who said this happened to them on rust
