    Stuck at "Choose a keyboard layout".


    I got Windows 10 from the Media Creation Tool. When I get to that screen part, the 'Choose a keyboard layout', I can't move my mouse or keyboard. Yes, I wanted to choose US English, btw.

    laptop shows ""Choose your keyboard layout" after update

    On Saturday January 20 my laptop did updates and then asked to restart for the updates. After that it shows me the "Choose your keyboard layout" screen, I choose it and then it takes me to "Choose an Option Screen" with the choices

    1. Continue (Exit and Continue to Windows RollbacK)

    2. Use another operating system

    3. Troubleshooting

    4. Turn of your pc

    I have tried each of the options and none of them let me boot in Windows.

    I checked the disk and it is good. I tried to repair it using a USB Windows 10 image and nothing. I have also tried to copy files from windows.old to the bootable partition and nothing.

    Any suggestions? I need to use my laptop. It was running perfectly until the update.

    HP Laptop stuck in "Choose Keyboard Layout' loop - nothing works I have tried everything people suggest on line. There is nothing in my USB ports or removable drives, computer was working fine night before, then poof!
