Windows 10: How do I get Phone Link to answer calls automatically on the PC without it diverting the...

My phone is connected fine to Phone Link. I can make calls fine. However, when a call comes in it is answered automatically and the PC/Phone Link defaults to the cell phone. To be able to engage with an incoming phone call on the PC, does auto answer have to be off on my cell phone? Is there no way to get Phone Link to answer automatically without the call being diverted to the phone.

Diverting Calls

I see what you mean now. What phone do you have?

On S60 phones, goto Settings>Call Divert. Here you will see the list of available divert options. Set them up as required.

Please note that divert settings are network settings. When you changed settings on the phone they are transmitted accross to the network.

Not all divert options listed on the phones menu are supported by all networks. So some may not work. Best thing to do is to try out various options and see how it goes.

Possible option is

1. If not answered - divert to voicemail

2. If not available - divert to Phone B

only there's no "call divert"



i don't think there's any barring problems... i've checked the barring status and both incoming/outgoing calls are not barred (btw whiat IS the barring password?)



I've simply tranferred the sim from my sansung phone to sirocco - and as said,.no problems with voicemail before

 

Calls being diverted when I do not answer

Hello,

I have a Samsung phone with Windows 8.1 Software. Currently if I receive and call and I do not pick it up, it diverts to a work colleague of mine (desk phone). My call forwarding is switch off and I cannot find anything for diverting call when no answer/busy.

How would I turn off my calls being diverted to my work colleague?
