I rang them last year when your **** update **** my speakers and it was recognised problem by MS and your **** support people denied all knowledge and GAVE ME NOTHING! NOW MY KEYBOARD KEYS DON'T WORK . MY LAPTOP IS NEW YOUR PRODUCT HAS **** IT I WANT A REFUND NOW ADVISE WHERE I CAN GET IT. Microsoft is nothing but a coronavirus of the tech world slowly killing computers around the world AND you are deliberately doing it to force people to pay for 365 on a monthly basis YOU GREEDY FILTHY **** **** **** YOU!!


    I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER **** **** PRODUCT BY MS EVER AGAIN

    Microsoft one year plan advised and purchased download replacing Windows will resolve problems. Windows unchanged. Where to get Microsoft refund?

    I bought Microsoft Assure one year plan. I was assured by the

    Microsoft agent the steps to follow the purchase of the plan

    would resolve the problems with system files error As it is all

    the problems remain without a fix.
