Windows 10: how do i get rid of a trojan?

today i found out i have one if not multiple trojan viruses on my pc.i'm not a computer expert, but i've been told that the best way to deal with it is by reinstalling windows/resetting my pc, but everytime i try to do so, it just gives me an error, and i can't seem to get rid of the trojansi can't upload a picture but when i try to reset it just tells me "there was a problem restarting your PC, no changes were made".i can see the trojans from windows security > virus & threat protectionbut once i'm there i have no clue on how to stop them, there's an option that says "block threat" but

Windows Defender is not getting rid of the Trojans. Does anyone have suggestions?

Can't get rid of Trojan.

I have tried everything shown and nothing gets rid of the Trojan or the red x on the security shield.
