Windows 10: How do I get rid of an app named "Ginger"

Ginger is a grammar checker. I paid for it, used it briefly, and then canceled it. It hides somewhere inside Windows and pops up to annoy me. How can I scan my computer to get rid of it. It reminds me of the old AOL trick where you cancel AOL but it lingers on. I called Ginger and did what they said to do but it's still there. Thank you.

I had not gotten to those steps for Ginger.
I just found the install routine in the start menu. Clicked on it and that got it going.

I have been poking about looking for a final editing tool for complex, multiple pages (5 or so) documents.

Ginger seemed like it was worth a shot because it appears comprehensive, can be downloaded, and will run independent of the Internet.

The install threw an error in that it is not a Microsoft app.

Is there any way around such an error without putting my computer at risk? Is Microsoft trying to sell me something like it?

Any suggestions for one like Ginger that is Window 10 friendly?

I found Grammarly's request for broad access to my compute for who know what very off-putting.

On a quick trial the on-line version of this one seems to work okay

I found the download version but U could not get it to run. Anyone have any suggestions how I sort out getting it to run?
