Windows 10: How do I get rid of background alarm that pops up every 10 minutes or so?

How do I get rid of background alarm that pops up every 5 minutes or so? Its like a tingly bell sound

SCHEDULED Pop Up Countdown Timer - Alarm AND Countdown & SECOND Alarm

***NOT LOOKING FOR ORDINARY COUNTDOWN TIMER!!** I'm looking for a countdown timer that I can SCHEDULE at set times during the week/day and have it pop up up and give an alarm, AND countdown for a the number of minutes I set and do a SECOND ALARM. I want both alarms to be Audible AND to have text that I've written in for this scheduled timer.

For productivity I'd like like about a 10 minute reminder to finish an activity, and then a 2nd Alarm when the timer runs out.
I want this to be automatic.

For example: Every Thursday at 3:50 PM I'd like an audible and text pop up reminder "Consolidate project X brainstorming for 10 minutes"


I'd rather NOT just set two "appointments" in my calendar as this will clog up my calendar.
