    How do I get rid of duplicate administrator account


    I couldn't sign into my laptop because I created a password that I forgot of course. Upon trying to figure out how to sign in and get rid of my password. I was told to go to utilman.exe and create a connection with a another administrator account now I can't get rid of the administrator account which is read only and I can't shut down my laptop so I can restart it and sign in using the new password I created. Please somebody help me.
