Windows 10: how do i get rid of error code 0x80070005

i cannot switch the drive where the microsoft store installs apps in, same with changing photos music and downloads. how do i fix it?

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
