Windows 10: How do I get rid of “getting windows ready don’t turn off your computer”

Hello, I looking for the answer for this for long time my pc is facing a problem that when almost every time I try to shut down my pc and it just said:”getting windows ready don’t turn off your computer” and I am very annoyed by this problem cause every time it happen it always took 3 hours to fully shut down and sometimes when I’m mad I just force shutdown it. So please if anyone know a solution for this problem please tell me.thank you

Getting Windows Ready Don't turn off your computer

I tried all the steps suggested and finally had to perform a Reset on my Acer Laptop (no removable battery)with Windows 10. The next day the same thing happened again. The Getting Windows Ready, etc. kept spinning around for 4 hours. Did another Reset.
The next day the same thing happened again. The computer is now Resetting for the 4th time this week. I have a business to run and cannot have my computer either down or resetting all the time, can't get any work done. There must be another solution to
why Getting Windows Ready Don't turn off your computer keep spinning around.

My Windows 10 laptop computer says "Getting Windows Ready. Do not turn your computer off"- it's been doing this for hours. It started doing this when I was getting ready to shut it down and it went to restart instead and has been stuck with this message
