Windows 10: How do I get rid of reserve designation?

I had to relace my boot drive. When I reinstalled windows 10, it designated my data drive as reserved so I no longer have access to the thousands of files on there. How can I get rid of this designation so I can actually use that drive?

I suggest you to cancel the reservation and reserve it again.

Refer to the below steps to cancel the reservation.

• 
  Right click on the Get Windows 10 App or Windows icon located in right end of the taskbar.
  
• 
  Select “Check your upgrade status”
  
• 
  Select “Cancel reservation”

To get rid of the Windows 10 reservation app, you should remove the update KB3035583. This is the update that installs the Windows 10 reservation app on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Follow these steps:

• Open the command prompt as Administrator.
• Type and execute the following command:
  
• Reboot your PC

That's it. Now you won't have Windows 10 reservation app any more. (via Neowin).
