Windows 10: How do I get rid of sun glare on my PC?

Sorry if this is the wrong website! Because I cannot find any answers on this! But when I look at a picture like in the picture app it shows my face everytime there is black on the screen and yes I hate it!

Yes it is where the sun glares. This also happens on images with the flash if the flash is bouncing off a reflective object. I am just posting here because I want to see if this is happening to anyone else. I suppose my CCD may be defective and it screws
up at high light levels. This exposure was taken with the auto mode, and the rest of the image looks ok as far as light levels so I do not think it is overexposed.

I've tested with an old 3.2 mpix compact camera and even that one reproduces the sun glare without any white dots. I've cleaned the lens, it's not dirt, finger prints or scratches the problem is from nokia's camera software 100%. My old n73 has the same
problem with the white dots. Other phones like samsung, sony ericsson reproduce the reflection without white spots so can you stop telling us it's not a problem. Even your N8 has the problem but you still refuse the acknowledge it.

If it appeared with PR1.2 only, the its an over aggressive glare reduction on the camera IMO. How about trying a different camera app? I have no idea if the glare reduction algorithms can be affected by this, but its worth a try.
