How do I get rid of the MS popup?

I'm sure everyone here is familiar with this annoying little bugger which pops out on the side and says, "You need to fix your MS account for apps on other device to be able to blah blah blah, etc.... Does anyone know how I can get rid of it? When I tried "fixing my account" it says my email p'word is incorrect when I know it's correct b/c it works on my email. Please help me get rid of this if possible.

    :)

I am on Windows 10. Microsoft appears to have returned to the bad old days of trying to force customers to use its rubbish search engine. MSN is full of useless info such as news feeds that slow the whole system.

This is not an error message, Brink. It just pops out from the side, and I believe app sync is turned off, but I'll check. Thanks
