Windows 10: How do I get rid of the new 'Windows Print' dialogue?

I updated to 22H2 recently, and when I came to print today, it opened a new dialogue called 'Windows Print' which has made itself the default for opening MS-PRINT-PRINTJOBS which I assume is the relevant file/link type, and it won't let me change it, except for other Microsoft Store apps.How do I either remove it, or return to the normal printer's own print dialogue?Left: Adobe Illustrator's print dialogueMiddle: Windows PrintRight: Canon print dialogue from my printerNormally, I click 'setup...' on Illustrator's dialogue and it opens the printer's own dialogue to give me all the options tha

No color management in print dialogue box

Why is the critical step of removing all old printer drivers (Step 5) in the Printui dialogue the same as Step 6 right clicking the printer in Devices and Printers to delete it and restart PC?

After you install the printer software in Print 8 you did a lot of other things with a Desktop app that are not in the list and unneeded. Why were these necessary instead of just selecting a .pdf document to print and trying it?

The reason I ask is that I've suggested these steps countless times and they have always worked if only they are followed, not adding a bunch of steps at the end.

Windows 10 new upgrade; HP network printer will not print

Windows 10 new upgrade; HP network printer shows as properly installed on printer list but will not print. Printer dialogue box shows "printing" but no output. I have removed and reinstalled this printer to this PC. Same printer worked before with
Win 8.1 and still does with my wife's Win 7 PC. So not printer. Win 10 printer troubleshooter did not find any problems. Any suggestions to correct?

 

Printing from Edge - where is the old dialogue box?

If I set out to print a document I have created, it has long been the case that a printer dialogue box opens allowing me to choose from many printing options (for my Canon MG5250, as it happens, though I don't think the model is relevant). This was also
the case if I wanted to print a page in IE 11.

Printing from Edge is different; it presents me with a different print dialogue box which, despite taking up nearly half of the screen, has only a limited range of options. The really frustrating thing is that on the first couple of occasions I did this
a message appeared at bottom left suggesting an alternative key sequence which did indeed bring up the dialogue box I prefer to use. Unwisely, I didn't make a note of the key sequence (I think there was a CTRL and a P in there somewhere); the message no longer
appears and nothing I have tried will persuade it to reappear.

Any suggestions?
