    How do I get rid of the "Quick scan due" warning?


    Ive started getting this warning at least once a week. Why is it not doing this automatically in the background?

    Windows Defender "Quick scan due" Warnings

    Good evening,

    My Windows Defender keeps bringing up a warning icon, saying "Quick scan due" when I open it. This is quite annoying as it occurs very frequently throughout the day, even though I scan it multiple times just to see a green check icon. I would understand if
    it could warn me whenever there is some threat or potentially harmful application but that is never the case; it keeps notifying me that zero threats were found after each scan.

    Is there any way to disable getting these "Quick scan due" notices disabled? I searched online but no luck.

    Any help is appreciated! How do I get rid of the "Quick scan due" warning? :)

    Quick Scan Due?

    Hello, right now I'm currently struggling with my Windows defender. It keeps saying "quick scan due" but whenever I go to do anything, it just keeps acting like it's scanning, showing three loading dots. I also have a warning at the bottom of the page.

    I have Windows S mode on my pc. So I can't just do a full scan either. Thanks in advance.

    How do I get rid of the "Quick scan due" warning?

    Defender Quick Scan Due?

    Periodically, all my PCs show a yellow icon on the Defender taskbar icon that a Quick Scan is due which you then have to launch manually. Is there a way of setting a Quick Scan to run automatically when Windows deems a scan is due?
