Windows 10: How Do I get Rid of the Voice Delay?

Hello. I have a wireless usb microphone, it works fine but has a voice delay, meaning that when I speak my voice is picked up in real-time by the audio monitor but my voice isn't heard until seconds later. I've searched the web and such but I'm afraid my problem has nothing to do with latency, buffering or being plugged into a hub. I'm hoping that maybe it's a driver but they also check out as ok. Is there a way to maybe bump up my drivers? So far I haven't found any. I record so they will probably be along the lines of ASIO but it's not limited to my recording software, the effect is also in

To get rid of the Windows 10 upgrade, I would suggest you to follow these steps:

• Go to control panel, then click on Programs and Features.
• Tap on View installed updates, then find the update called KB3035583.
• Now uninstall this update.

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?
