Windows 10: How do I get rid of the yellow number on my screen

I recently changed my monitors refresh rate and it put a yellow number in the top right corner of my screen. How can I fix this?

C'mon 6070 users! I have a few hundred numbers to try and save here. It has been suggested that i have the screen repaired at a Nokia Care Centre, but that costs money of course. If i can get the steps to follow then i can save the numbers and get rid
of the dodgy phone.
