Windows 10: How do I get rid of this error? THE FEATURE YOU ARE TRYIING TO USE IS ON A NETWORK RESOURCE...

I am trying to play starfield & this message comes up. I tried the usual methods on google, nothing is working. help.

Updating iTunes error "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

Error stating "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" HELP!

 

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource" error

When the last major windows 10 update came out I updated like normal. I then went to play my copy of Age of Empires 2 the Conquerors and I kept getting the error " Could not initialize graphics system. Make sure that your video card and driver are compatible with direct draw" so I went to the forums and someone suggested I downgrade back to the previous version. Well i downgraded and it didn't work so i just went back to the upgrade.

Well now for some reason both itunes and winzip icons are gone the icons now just look like blank pieces of paper and i can't update or remove them from my computer in the control panel because of the error " the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" and I have no earthly idea how to fix this issue. I can't unintstall or repair or anything it gives me the same error. Itunes works but winzip wont.

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.
