    How do I get rid of this gigantic useless open space? The taskbar on win 11 is laid out...


    OK just upgraded to win11 and for some inexplicable reason the task bar icons is in the middle, the weather is where the start button belongs, and it is just all out of whack. Where's the setting to set it back proper?

    Windows 11 Taskbar and other UI elements do not respond to mouse clicks.

    I fresh installed Windows 11 about 48 hours ago. After updates and other software installations the taskbar became unclickable/usable. The steps laid out in fix the taskbar twice. However after a restart the taskbar returns in inoperable. After the latest restart, the steps laid out in the link above no longer work.

    In addition to the taskbar, other elements that do not respond to mouse clicks are The BUY window that appears when purchasing a Movie through the Movies and TV app.

    Lastly, the entire Screen Snip app is unclickable. There are more UI elements that are unclickable but I listed these items due to their easy communicability.

    As always, there seems to be lots of alleged fixes out there, which may work on versions earlier than Win 10... but not with Win 10. The struggle for getting rid of this now un-needed bloat seems to be wrapped up in file permissions. But even when I try to clobber it with administrative authority, it won't budge. One fix suggests that you can use disk cleanup to get rid of it by selecting previous installation files. Heh. Yeah. Just TRY and find that option in Win 10.

    Ok. Somebody hopefully has managed to resolve this inigma. Step by step, please. How do I get rid of this gigantic useless open space? The taskbar on win 11 is laid out... :)

    WIn + space stopped working for me...

    While CTRL + win + Space or Shift + win + space do work. What is funny is that when i press win + space it works like I only pressed space.

    Win button is working for sure, checked it

    Languages list is showing when ctrl or shiift is additionally pressed

    Any suggestions?
