How do I get rid of this message ? The timer sounds and my computer is awake. ***FOCUS TIMER WILL SOUND ONLY WHEN YOUR PC IS AWAKE - CHANGE POWER SETTINGS

My focus session doesnt sound at the end of the break/session

whenever a break finishes the focus session thing on clock doesnt sound.

When i went on settings all the things for it were turned on and it even sounded when i clicked on the thing. its just when a break/session finishes

i noticed it also showed a msg at the bottom on the thing that says

"Focus timer will sound only when ur PC is awake. change power settings"

i think that is the problem but idk how to change it

help would b appreciated thank u

 

Timer won't work in Windows 10

Yesterday I typed "timer" into the cortana search box and got a link to Alarms and Clock. I entered 7 minutes and the alarm sounded 7 minutes later. Today I used the Start-Alarms and Clock-timer but it will not function. There is a message "Notifications
will only show if the PC is awake" Well, of course, my PC is awake I am using it. What gives? My PC is set to sleep after 45minutes of non-use. I tried using search as I did successfully yesterday but I get to the same place with the same message. No settings
have been changed since yesterday.
