Windows 10: How do I get rid of this stupid notification when I hit the CAPS LOCK button?

It has never popped up on my computer prior to today, and it's really damn annoying. It's on the bottom of my screen as well, which ends up being right in my line of sight and is quite distracting. I've already disabled all settings in the "Ease of Access" section related to "Change how my Keyboard Works". If someone could tell me how to disable it, that would be GREATLY appreciated because it's driving me insane.Also, I have an ACER although I already disabled the Acer related popup, this one is windows.

I`ve lost the sound notification when pressing the Cap Lock button,the light works ok,
where do I look for the solution to enable the sound?

Whenever I press any of the lock buttons (caps, number... etc) a notification appears on screen, this has suddenly started to happen and I have followed all the steps to turn this off (via display or keyboard settings)

How can I turn this off??

 

Caps Lock notification removal

If the previous steps did not apply to your scenario, you may turn off the caps lock notification by deselecting a service in
System Configuration called QLC Controller Service. Below are the steps to do so:

• Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
• Type msconfig in the Run box.
  
• Go to Startup or Services tab.
• End or uncheck the QLC Controller service.
• Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
