Windows 10: How do I get rid of unwanted sysinfo popup obscuring upper right corner of screen

This morning Dec 16 2021 an unwanted system information window popped up without my asking in the upper right corner of the screen obscuring the maximum / minimum / exit controls which is a major problem. Here is what the unwanted item looks like:QUESTIONS:[1] Any idea on how to get rid of it without a restart ? [2] WIll this process/app show up in Task Manager / list of Background processes.. and if yes, what is the name of the process, and can I safely terminate it ?

And the hotfix too, 10.12a over it as well?
sorry you may did but i no idea, so step by step.

And just make it clear;
your lag is the mouse arow in the corner/
if yes;
do you use samthing on sidebar?
if yes try to switch off and see...

If you are speaking of the cursor stutter when it is in the upper right hand screen corner.
I have experienced it. But, it has gone now, I did a complete cleaning and re-install of the AMD Drivers package.

Others have experienced this with a variety of ATi\AMD HD cards, from HD4xxx series to the newest, desktop and mobile platforms.

If you google the op's title other threads at other forum and articles come up on the lag\stutter of the mouse cursor.

Solved; hotfix 10.12a did it.
