Windows 10: How do I get rid off Windows Hello?

Recently my google chrome ask me, everytime I make a purchase, if I want to use Windows Hello. Now, I have a desktop, I don't even have the option to use this app and I can't seem to get rid of it. I've tried to look for a way to uninstall it, and the only option I've found is:
Account - login settings - Windows Hello ...

But this is where I can't do anything, as I don't have anything that can be used for Windows Hello, the computer is letting me know that it cannot find a fingerprint scanner, and I don't have any options to remove the app.


Please, is there any way for me to uninstall it? Because I really don't want to have a pop up window for Windows Hello, everytime I purchase things online, seeing as I can't even use the app!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
