service no 7019832143 i need tech support on my one drive i was tokld my laptop photos would alal be back to normal and theye are not they have "x" next to all of them which indicates i needmorre storage i have cancelled one drive but want you to fix my photos by remote access

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check the behavior:

• Go to the folder in hard drive.
• Right click on the photo you want to edit.
• Click on Open with and select
  photos (To open that particular photo in Windows 10 photos app).
• Make some changes in the photo and click on
  save.
• Now go back to the folder and check the if you see the changes you made.

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up.
