    How do I get that gap removed?


    I uninstalled a program that had a desktop shortcut a few weeks ago, yet, there is now a permanent gap in my desktop shortcuts. All of my icons are default left side of my desktop, but there is a hole there where a formerly uninstalled app icon was located. I tried to sort the icons by name however, when I restart my PC, the gap reappears. What do I need to do to get rid of this gap permanently?

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    How to remove gaps between tiles in Windows 10 start menu

    Great to hear! All I can tell you is that when I drag my tiles up, over the gap, the gap remains. Any suggestions?
