Windows 10: How do I get the BitLocker ID page to load?

My BitLocker ID page won't load, I've tried on different browsers over the span of a day and nothing will work. My laptop is completely locked out, and I need it for school. Wiping the drive is not an option.Error message is:"TraceID: hCa8ohmIf06D53lS.17.102Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us"I have access to the Microsoft account associated with the device, and can see the device in my devices page of my account. Anything helps.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

BitLocker Recovery Page Stuck on Loading

Appreciated this suggestion and you got my hopes up for a bit. Unfortunately didn't work out for me.

If it helps others: I have now had two users experience this same problem. Both times it happened during a Windows update. After the update, Windows wanted a BitLocker key. In one case we were able to look up his key in his regular O365 account using the website and method the OP described. Took maybe 5 seconds to display the key. So I know this works in SOME cases. For my other user, however, it's the exact same problem the OP is having - we can get to Devices, we can see the correct device, but the Loading circle just spins and spins.

For that user, the device IS listed in Azure AD, but "No BitLocker recovery key found for this device" there. Argh.

 

BitLocker Recovery Page Stuck on Loading

I’m trying to retrieve my BitLocker Recovery Key online from my Microsoft account but when I click “view BitLocker keys” it opens a page that says “loading” and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?
