How do I get the Desk Top to send logon procedure to monitor.

I powered on the desk top and then came back a few minutes later. Hit the escape key and the monitor showed that it was not receiving a signal from the CPU. Tried powering down and turning back on and I get nothing. I can hear the desk top start up but only get black screen on the monitor. Check connections and all are good,

    :)

    Hi Andrew,

For us to properly isolate your concern in saving a document on your desktop, we would like to know the following:

    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Send us a screenshot of your Display settings.

We suggest that you try switching your monitor 1 and 2, and check if the issue still persists.

We look forward to your response.

Windows Mobile Device Center on Desk Top

Since you already tried the compatibility settings and other troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you uninstall the newest update to isolate the issue. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • On the Search bar, type in Programs and Features and select the top most result.
    • On the left menu, select View installed updates.
    • Right click on the newest update and click Uninstall.

Monitor the Windows Mobile Device Center and see if there are any changes. If possible, try to reinstall the update and see if the Windows Mobile Device Center will still work.
