how do I get the document standard properties, Title, Author, Subject & Keywords in a pdf to show for each file in a folder

Using windows 11 I've downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro, but can't get the folders to display the document properties I want

My main problem is that when I enter the data in the standard document properties, I can't get it to display them when they are listed in a folder I could send you a screen shot of what I mean. By default it shows 'Date Modified' 'size' and and others, but I want to see the data I've entered in the boxes for Title ,Author ,Subject & Keywords

 

Problem changing Title in file properties, subject changes also

I am changing the properties in Image files, varying between Jpg and Tiff, I change the title property in windows explorer, but when I click ok or apply the text is ‘copied’ to the subject field, maybe there is a third party GUI App that can be suggested, which allows lossless changing of individual properties without changing others as well.....thanks

 

File Explorer Tags column

The Tags property corresponds to the PDF Keywords property. If you right-click a PDF document and select Properties, you should see a PDF Information tab. Click that tab to see the properties that can be displayed, such as Title, Subject, Author, Keywords (Tags), etc. Those properties (i.e. column headings are selectable in File Explorer). To edit those properties, use a PDF Editor. I used PDF-XChange Viewer, but that's just one of many to choose from.
